When you're ready to eat, transfer to a plate, cover loosely, and microwave for 3–5 minutes. That's it. No chopping, no timing, no cleanup beyond the plate.

Everything arrives fully cooked and chilled. A few minutes is all it takes.

Remove from the fridge

Take the container out and let it sit for a minute or two if it's been in the back of the fridge — it heats more evenly when it's not ice-cold.

Transfer to a microwave-safe plate

Tip the meal onto a plate or into a microwave-safe bowl. This helps it heat evenly and makes stirring easier.

Cover loosely

A cracked lid, a microwave-safe cover, or a damp paper towel all work well. The cover traps steam and keeps the meal moist.

Microwave on high for 3–5 minutes, stirring halfway

Stir or turn the meal at the halfway point so everything heats through evenly. Adjust time based on your microwave and portion size.

Check it's hot all the way through before serving

The centre should be steaming. If it's still cool in the middle, give it another 60–90 seconds.

Add a splash of water or broth to the pan

This prevents sticking and keeps the meal from drying out as it heats.

Heat over medium for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally

Keep the heat moderate — high heat can dry out the meal quickly. Stir gently to warm everything through.

Cover the pan to speed things up

A lid traps steam and cuts the heating time. Lift it to stir every minute or so.

Meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 4 days from your delivery date.

Freeze what you won't eat within 4 days

Most meals freeze well for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.

Don't refreeze after thawing

Once a meal has been thawed, heat it and enjoy — don't put it back in the freezer.

  • Each box contains fully cooked, ready-to-heat meals portioned for the number of people you selected. Every meal comes in a sealed container with a label showing the meal name, ingredients, and any allergen notes.

    Depending on your plan, your box will include between 3 and 7 meals per week. You choose which meals go in — or let us auto-fill based on your dietary preferences.

  • All meals are prepared fresh and delivered chilled. They keep well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days from your delivery date. If you know you won't get to a meal within that window, pop it in the freezer — most meals freeze well for up to 3 months.

  • Boxes are delivered once a week. Your delivery window is confirmed when you sign up and shown in your account. We deliver within our local service area — you can check the delivery map on the checkout page.

  • Yes. Many meals offer optional modifications — things like double protein, gluten-free preparation, vegetarian protein swaps, or substituting the starch. You'll see available options on each meal's detail page when you're building your box.

    Some modifications carry a small add-on charge, which is shown clearly before you confirm.

  • You can pause your subscription from your account page at any time. Pausing skips the next fulfilment week — your subscription resumes automatically the following week.

    If you need to cancel entirely, you can do that from your account too. There are no cancellation fees.

  • Your card is charged at the start of each weekly cycle. The charge covers your base plan — any paid meal modifications are charged separately when you save your meals for the week.

    You'll always see a clear breakdown of what you're being charged before anything is processed.

  • Absolutely. The one-time box option lets you order a single week's worth of meals with no commitment. You pick your meals, check out, and that's it.

    If you already have an active subscription, the one-time option is temporarily unavailable — but you can always add extra meals through your subscription that week.
